DELMA was established in 2003 as Water Works Contractor in Abu Dhabi, Unite Arab Emirates. Within short period of time we have anchored ourselves as
a thriving and vibrant organization in the emirates.
Early 2005 we acquired our predecessor and former principal RAPCO who pioneered in road and related infrastructure construction in the past three decades.
